Shipping policy

At Luxiq Fashion, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth, fast, and reliable. Each order is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates and to selected international destinations.
Please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and email are accurate to avoid any delays.

Delivery Timeframes

UAE Orders: 2 – 4 business days (after order confirmation)
GCC Countries: 5 – 8 business days
International Orders: 7 – 14 business days (depending on customs and destination)

Note: During peak seasons, public holidays, or sale periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

Delivery Charges

Free delivery on all UAE orders of AED 100 and above.
Orders below AED 100 will have a standard delivery charge shown at checkout.
International shipping fees and any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.
Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GST) will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to our warehouse and re-delivery charges may apply.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, certain factors may cause delays such as:

Weather conditions or public holidays
Remote or restricted delivery areas
Customs clearance for international shipments

Luxiq Fashion will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control, but our team will assist in tracking and resolving any delivery issues promptly.
