1. What types of products do you offer?
We offer a wide range of fashion apparel and accessories including scarves, jewellery and more.
2. Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes, we deliver to all emirates in the UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
3. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days. Express delivery is available in select locations.
4. What are your delivery charges?
Delivery is free for orders above AED 100. For orders below AED 100, a standard shipping fee of AED 15 applies.
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we have a 7-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags intact. Some items like earrings and are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
6. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
You can easily initiate a return or exchange by using the “Return” option available in the Orders section of your user profile. Simply select the order you wish to return and follow the on-screen steps. Our team will review your request and arrange the pickup or exchange process promptly.
7. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for orders within the UAE. A small fee of AED 15 may apply.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery. All payments are processed securely.
9. How do I know if an item is in stock?
All available sizes and colors are updated live on our website. If an item is out of stock, you will see a notification or option to be notified when it’s back.
10. Is it safe to shop on your website?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure your data is protected.
11. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
12. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the UAE. We are working on expanding to international markets soon.
